A small number of accounts have been affected by an issue in our data center within a cluster of database servers.
Engineering is aware of the cause and working to restore service. We estimate 20 – 30 minutes until 100% of the affected accounts are restored.

Planned Maintenance

Planned: We will be performing planned maintenance on Oct 10th 12:00am to 7:00am and Oct 11th 12:00am to 7:00am. During these windows there may be short interruptions of service.

Number of accounts DNC lists restored: 18
Number of accounts & data fully restored: 14
Number of accounts pending data restoration: 4

We remain in the process of restoring the remaining account data that was affected. This process is now expected to take 18 to 36 hours for the remaining 4 accounts due to their database size. All DNC records that have been scrubbed from your accounts within the past 24 months have now been successfully restored.

All Peer to Peer, Bulk SMS and Precise Poll / Advanced IVR historical records have been restored for all affected accounts.
