Why do I have to buy a large block of minutes to get a low rate?

We offer volume-based pricing. The more you use and buy, the lower your rate. As a strictly wholesale company, we only work with high volume users. Do you have monthly minimums?

No. You have 1 year from the time of purchase to use the minutes you buy. Your rate is locked in when you purchase a size package until those minutes are all used up. What payment methods do you offer?

We make paying easy. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Certified Checks and Bank Wires.

Do you charge a fee when I use a credit card or Paypal?

No, we do not charge a fee associated with credit card or PayPal. We do however charge a 3.1% compliance fee on all payments. Cash payments through wire transfers and certified checks are eligible for a 3.1% discount.

How do I avoid paying a compliance fee?

This fee contributes towards Stratics Networks maintaining full telecom compliance. We are regularly introducing features and compliance measures to help our clients stay compliant with the many jurisdictional laws, rules, and regulations. Can I split up the payments into smaller amounts and maintain my low rate?

We understand larger users have greater purchasing power giving them a distinct market advantage. We give preferential rates to these large wholesale players. We cannot split up payments or that would affect the distinct market advantage wholesale customers enjoy.

How do you give such low rates?

Stratics is a volume based company. By not working with retail customers and having the need to pay for costly advertising and sales staff, we pass on savings to our wholesale partners. We leverage the massive amount of wholesale telecom traffic we have for lower rates with our Tier 1 vendors and we are happy to make a smaller margin than traditional telecom SaaS providers.

I do millions of minutes a month. How low can you go?

I am a reseller, Will you compete with me?

No. No. No. We DO NOT, under any circumstances, compete with our partners. If you have a client in our account and they contact us or try to circumvent you, we will notify you immediately after explaining to the client that we only work with exclusive partners and for them to take a hike.

How long after depositing funds will minutes appear in my account for use?

Once you have deposited funds, minutes will appear in your account usually within 1 to 5 minutes.
